In product and technology development, Xinbon adopted Huawei IPD integrated development management methods and tools at the early stage of its establishment, and was good at capturing and analyzing market demand and predicting future market capacity, clarifying technology development plans and product specifications, identifying project risks, formulating project technical requirements and strictly monitoring project progress plans. In view of the project cost, the product cost analysis table was developed in four stages, including R&D and design stage, material procurement stage, product assembly and commissioning stage, and product customer operation stage, and product cost statistics and analysis were conducted, abnormal points were monitored and improvement measures were formulated. For project quality control, project problem records were used to develop countermeasure tracking tables for various problems arising in the process. CPK quality data control tool was used for project results, quality detection objectives and methods were formulated before shipment, and quality anomalies were controlled within the required standard range by data recording and statistical analysis of test results.
