●Functions：

This equipment is installed in front of the laminator and after the Double-glazed edge sealing machine. It automatically installs small PTFE corner protectors on the four corners of the module to support the corners during lamination and replaces the existing aluminum lamination frame, thus saving costs and reducing manpower investment in the line.

●Advantages：

1、The vibrating disc feeding is employed and the small corner protects are recycled.
2、The four corners work simultaneously with multiple axes interconnected, and the cycle time does not exceed 18 seconds.
3、The small corner protectors are fixed with the tape on both sides, which ensures stability during transmission and prevents them from falling.
4、The equipment runs stably and renders a high pass rate. The CCD detection system with an accuracy of more than 1/1000 can be provided optionally.

1、The small corner protection process can be used for various models of modules to replace the lamination frame process, thus avoiding the cost of frequently purchase of laminate frames of various specifications due to model switch and greatly reducing the production cost of modules;
