Based on the following central and local policy objectives, the growth rate of charging piles in the next three years will be explosive growth. Don't worry about charging later!
Status: As of the end of 2016, 150,000 public charging piles have been built, three times that of the end of 2015. Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen and other cities have initially established large-scale charging service networks.
National Development and Reform Commission policy objectives: issued the "13th Five-Year Plan for Energy Development" (2016-2020), the plan proposes to moderately advance the construction of electric vehicle charging facilities, and promote the "replacement of oil by electricity" in transportation. Construction of "four vertical and four horizontal" intercity electric vehicle fast charging network, adding more than 800 intercity fast charging stations. More than 12,000 centralized charging stations and more than 4.8 million decentralized charging piles were added to meet the demand for charging and replacing 5 million electric vehicles nationwide.
The policy goal of The State Council: By 2020, a moderately advanced, intelligent and efficient charging infrastructure system with piles will be basically built to meet the charging needs of more than 5 million electric vehicles.
Local government plans for Great leap Forward
Shanghai target: By 2020, the total number of charging facilities in the city will reach 210,000, of which no less than 28,000 public charging piles.
Beijing Municipal Policy: It is proposed that 100% of new residential areas should be reserved for the installation of charging piles, and no less than 18% of residential parking Spaces will be installed with charging piles and meet the conditions for putting into use.
Tianjin policy goal: By 2020, more than 92,000 charging piles of all kinds will be built, and strive to reach 150,000 to meet the new charging needs of about 160,000 vehicles.
Sichuan Province policy goal: Sichuan before 2020 to build 270,000 charging piles.
Chengdu's policy goal: by 2020, the city will build more than 110,000 charging piles, and the overall pile-to-vehicle ratio will not be less than 1:1.1, surpassing the construction level of Beijing and Shanghai; There are 780 charging (replacement) power stations, the ratio of public piles and vehicles is no less than 1:8, and the coverage rate of public charging service 2 reaches more than 70%, meeting the charging demand of no less than 120,000 electric vehicles.
Guangdong Province: By 2020, the province will build about 1,490 centralized charging stations, including 590 bus charging stations, 170 taxi charging stations, 300 special vehicle charging stations such as logistics and sanitation, 330 public charging stations, and 100 intercity fast charging stations using highway service areas; About 350,000 decentralized charging piles have been built, including: about 70,000 special charging piles for public institutions, about 80,000 public charging piles, and about 200,000 special charging piles for private passenger cars, meeting the charging needs of about 410,000 electric vehicles in the province, and realizing that electric vehicles "travel throughout the Pearl River Delta and reach all cities". According to the regulations, the proportion of parking Spaces built or reserved for the installation of charging facilities interfaces in new residential areas should reach 99%.
Shenzhen Power Supply Bureau: It is expected that 660 million yuan will be invested during the "13th Five-Year Plan" period, and 13,800 charging piles are planned to be built and put into operation in Shenzhen to meet the needs of Shenzhen planning and social piles. Shenzhen has implemented preferential parking policies for new energy vehicles when charging, and in the future, the city's public public parking lot, which is managed by the government's pricing, will give it two hours of free parking every day when providing charging services for new energy vehicles.
Zhongshan policy goal: By 2020, Zhongshan City will be built into a national demonstration benchmark city for new energy vehicle application, with more than 20,000 charging piles, including 10,000 public charging piles. So far, only about 2,000 charging piles of all kinds have been built in Zhongshan.
Zhengzhou policy goal: By 2020, the basic construction of moderately advanced, car piles, intelligent and efficient charging infrastructure system. It is planned to build 3 public switching stations, 143 pure electric bus charging stations, 239 public fast charging stations, 210 decentralized bus piles, 302 rental sanitation piles, 51,300 AC charging piles, and 18 expressway fast charging stations, serving the charging needs of about 100,000 electric vehicles.
Guangxi: Built 303 charging stations and 76,000 charging piles.
Liuzhou policy goal: By 2020, the city will build 15,000 charging piles and 38 charging stations.
Hainan Province: residents of new residential communities are required to build parking Spaces and electric vehicle charging stations should be 99% of the construction of charging infrastructure or reserved for construction and installation conditions.
Policy objectives of Sanya City: For new residential communities, 99% of the parking Spaces should be constructed with charging facilities or reserved for construction and installation conditions (including power pipeline embedment and meter boxes, power capacity reservation, etc.); New special parking lot, public parking lot, the principle of construction of charging facilities or reserved construction and installation conditions of the proportion of parking space is not less than 20%, but the new highway refueling (gas) station (service area), the need to build 99% of the parking space should be built charging facilities or reserved construction and installation conditions. In residential communities that have been built or are under construction, 99% of the self-used parking Spaces should be rebuilt into charging facilities or meet the requirements for the construction and installation of charging facilities; Special parking lots and public parking lots (including public parking lots in residential areas) should be implemented in combination with the renovation of old areas, parking space reconstruction, road reconstruction, etc., and more than 10% of parking Spaces should be equipped with charging facilities before 2020; However, refueling (gas) stations (service areas) have been built on expressways, and in principle, more than 30% of parking Spaces should be equipped with charging facilities by 2018.
Jinan policy goal: By 2020, the city will build 102 public and special charging stations and 34,000 charging piles.
Nanchang City policy goal: by the end of 2020, the city's special charging pile up to 1110, public charging pile up to 28060, urban charging station up to 50, intercity charging station up to 30.
Ningbo's policy goal: By 2020, there will be no less than 110 centralized electric vehicle charging stations and no less than 41,800 decentralized charging piles, with the ability to meet the charging needs of 50,000 electric vehicles.
Fujian Provincial Economic and Information Commission: By 2020, promote electric energy to account for 29% of Fujian's terminal energy consumption, accelerate the construction of new energy vehicle charging and replacement service network, and build about 400 charging stations and about 120,000 charging piles.
Shenyang: By 2020, a moderately advanced, intelligent and efficient charging infrastructure system will be basically built, and 120 charging stations and 7,200 charging piles will be built to meet the charging needs of more than 10,000 electric vehicles.
Ningxia Government: 99% of new residential parking Spaces should be built charging facilities or reserved for construction and installation conditions.
Zhitong Note: During the two sessions in 2017, Miao Wei, Minister of Industry and Information Technology, said that 100,000 charging piles were built in 2016, 6 times that of the previous year, but even so, the existing ratio of piles can not reach the goal of one car and one pile, so the speed and subsidies of pile construction in 2017 will be further increased. The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will also cooperate with the National Energy Administration to increase the construction of charging piles, and encourage "crowdfunded piles".
